At Kingdom Ecosystems, we recently had the privilege of serving alongside the Global Strategic Forum to host a pivotal event that brought together top Christian leaders in media for the Global Strategic Forum on June 24, 2024. This gathering, themed “Using Film and Media to Take the Gospel to the World,” underscored the urgent need to unify our efforts and amplify our impact in today’s media landscape.

Uniting Diverse Voices

The event was a beacon of collaboration, drawing leaders like Dr. William Wagner and Sean Doherty to lead discussions on leveraging film and media for spreading the Gospel. From exploring the quality of Christian content to discussing funding models and infrastructure needs, every session aimed to strengthen our collective voice.

Scriptural Foundation

Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 27:17 (NLT): “As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” This principle resonated throughout the day as participants from the Believe+, GLU, Sharpened Iron Studios, and other entities shared insights and strategies. Their commitment to excellence in Christian production reflects Isaiah 41:10 (NIV): “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.”

Global and Local Impact

The Forum also highlighted the global implications of our local actions, emphasizing the role of organizations like The Hope Center and initiatives such as the Apples of Gold Productions in making a difference. Together, we addressed critical issues like distribution challenges and the need for collaborative funding approaches.
