The manual will provide a comprehensive set of guidelines and recommendations that can help employers create a safe and supportive work environment for trafficking survivors and ensure that they are treated with dignity and respect.

The primary goal of the project is to support the successful reintegration of trafficking survivors into society by helping them secure stable employment and gainful opportunities. The project will provide a framework for employers to implement policies and procedures that are sensitive to the unique needs and vulnerabilities of trafficking survivors.
